I've never felt so sad over the death of a celebrity as I do for the king of pop.

However, reading some ignorant peoples' negative journal entries about him pisses me off.

First of all, If you don't like him. Don't post anything hateful about him.

Second, YES, I know Farrah Fawcett died too (R.I.P. ms. Fawcett). But honestly, I'm not as sad for her . Some of us, including me, feel more sadness toward MJ. I didn't really quite know Farrah, but I knew Michael Jackson through years of listening to his beautiful songs.
Hypothetical example: say some person whom you have never known dies. Possibly, you'll be sad, but not as sad as if your close friend or relative dies. That's how I feel about Michael. So don't complain about special treatment to me.

Third, I don't give a shit if you think he's weird for getting excessive plastic surgery. He's bad ass.

Fourth, this doesn't quite piss me off as much as negative journal entries do, but if you're going to journal-mourn for him, please be literate and not say "ZOMG MICHEAL JACKSON HAS DEAD!!!11"

Fifth, no one cares if you're one of the first person to post it up. You're not all-knowing.



Nonetheless,
Michael Jackson made a huge impact in the music industry.
He's a legend.
